The owner of a 405,000-square-foot office building in Parsippany has appointed CBRE as its leasing agent, the brokerage team announced Wednesday.
According to a news release, CBRE’s Jon Meisel, Joey A. Sarno and Erin Wenzler will spearhead the campaign at 2 Gatehall Drive on behalf of 2 Gatehall Drive Associates LLC. They’ll do so alongside SRG2 Partners LLC, which manages the complex, seeking to attract tenants with the building’s updated amenities and a location at the junction of Route 10 and Route 202.
“2 Gatehall Drive is a true gem in the heart of Morris County. Tenants can rely on the stability of the both the building and its ownership,” Wenzler said. “2 Gatehall Drive has robust infrastructure, including a backup generator for tenant use and 24/7 security. SRG2 Partners is a well-established, 40-year-old family-owned company with a hands-on approach to its assets.”
Home to several Fortune 500 tenants, 2 Gatehall is part of a 58-acre, master-planned corporate campus near interstates 80 and 287. The three-story property sits in a park-like setting with an oversized pond and outdoor courtyard, while it offers amenities such as a dramatic collaborative work atrium and lounge, a modern fitness center, a yoga facility, and a full-service café and coffee bar.
