An investor has acquired a fully leased, 8,000-square-foot office building in the Succasunna section of Roxbury, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, Heritage Succasunna LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 22 Route 10. NAI Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni represented the firm in the transaction with the seller, Portwood LLC, noting that the two-story building is home to tenants such as Lakeside Endodontics, Suburban Natural Medicine and Steven A. Campolattaro, DMD.
The property, which has 31 surface parking spaces, prominent signage and two-street access, is also close to several retailers and restaurants including Walmart, the Roxbury Diner, The Home Depot, Dunkin’, McDonald’s, ShopRite and Kohl’s.
