An investor has acquired a 3,000-square-foot medical office condominium in Franklin Township, in one of two new deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with the brokerage firm, represented a retiring doctor in the transaction at 35 Clyde Road in the town’s Somerset section. He and his team secured a buyer within weeks and subsequently signed a new lease with the outgoing provider’s parent organization, RWJBarnabas Health, to keep it in place at the property.
In the second transaction, Gannet represented the seller of a 6,000-square-foot office building at 430 Lake Ave. in the Colonia section of Woodbridge. A doctor with a growing practice paid an undisclosed price for the building after going under contract within a month of the listing date, the Green Brook-based broker said, citing its location and amenities as key factors in the deal.
