Signature Acquisitions has signed a new office lease in Clark with a global data center service provider, in one of several third-quarter transactions announced by the landlord.
The tenant, Maintech, will occupy 11,735 square feet at 100 Walnut Ave. for a business that serves data centers within the banking, financial services and insurance industries in 51 countries. It’s among the latest additions to Signature Acquisitions’ portfolio in Clark and Cranford, which includes multiple office buildings just off the Garden State Parkway.
The firm in Q3 also inked a deal with Textainer Holdings Limited, a container leasing company, which will occupy 3,742 square feet at 6 Commerce Drive in Cranford. At 1055 Parsippany Blvd. in Parsippany, Signature extended computer training company Net Serpents.
All told, the landlord negotiated six new, expanded and renewed office leases in four buildings across its portfolio in the quarter.
“In today’s competitive office market, tenants are increasingly attracted to premium, flexible Class A office spaces, especially those backed by reliable ownership and a strong commitment to tenant service,” said Sandy Monaghan, senior vice president and director of asset management at Signature Acquisitions. “Our success is built on more than just providing excellent office environments — it’s about delivering significant value. This strategy continues to attract innovative, forward-thinking tenants to our portfolio of Class A office buildings in prime locations in both New Jersey and on Long Island.”
At 888 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge, New York, Signature signed a new 9,680-square-foot lease with shared office provider Regus. The location is part of the three-building, 270,000-square-foot Hauppauge Office Park, where the firm also secured several lease renewals.
To that end, Dime Savings Bank of New York extended the lease term on a portion of its space and will continue to occupy more than 80,000 square feet in the building, including its bank branch. Alliance One, a commercial factoring company, renewed its 2,163-square-foot lease in the building.
