Wealth management firm leases 3,600 sq. ft. in Cherry Hill office deal, WCRE says

A financial services firm has taken 3,600 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage team represented the tenant, FirstTrust Financial Resources LLC, which is leasing the space at 1415 Route 70 East as part of an expansion in the South Jersey region, according to a news release. The new location at Cherry Hill Plaza provides it with high visibility, accessibility and convenience, allowing employees and clients to be minutes from major roadways such as Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

According to the firm’s website, Philadelphia-based Firstrust Financial Resources focuses on wealth management strategies and corporate benefits for individuals, businesses and nonprofit entities.
