An environmental consulting and remediation firm has leased some 800 square feet at a Hammonton office building, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced recently.
The California-based tenant, Lava Remedial Services, will use the space at 11 South 3rd St. to house its new East Coast division as it looks to better serve clients in the region , according to a news release. Vantage Commercial, for its part, said the move underscores Hammonton’s appeal as a growing business hub.
The firm’s Ken Richardson, vice president and partner, and Emily Stein, managing director, represented both parties in the 808-square-foot deal.
