The Silverman Group has sold a nearly 20,000-square-foot medical office building in Florham Park for $7.8 million, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield announced last week.
According to a news release, Adoni Property Group purchased the Columbia Medical Center complex at 128 Columbia Turnpike. The listing team noted that the 19,620-square-foot facility is fully leased to four tenants, including Kiddie Academy, Atlantic Health, The Center for Dermatology and Zeifman Orthodontics, thanks in part to its frontage on the thoroughfare and its proximity to major highways such as routes 10 and 24 and interstates 287 and 78, providing easy access to the surrounding areas.
Cushman’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“The sale of Columbia Medical Center underscores the strength of the Florham Park market and the demand for stable, income-producing medical office assets,” Sobel said. “With its excellent demographics and strategic location, this property offered a compelling investment opportunity with minimal risk due to its fully leased status and NNN lease structures.”
