Deluccia Commercial Group inks sale of 7,000 sq. ft. Somerville office building

A medical and professional office building near downtown Somerville has changed hands for more than $1.1 million, in a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.

According to the brokerage team, the property at 72 West End Ave. consists of 7,040 square feet on a 0.47-acre lot. Deluccia Commercial Group’s Tim Deluccia represented the seller, West End Realty of Somerville LLC, and the buyer, April First Holdings LLC, in the $1.125 million deal.

In announcing the sale, Deluccia noted that RWJBarnabas Health Somerset Urological occupies the building’s first floor, while a law firm occupies the second floor.
