Woodmont Properties has leased up its new 300-unit luxury apartment property in suburban Mercer County, following the completion of the project roughly a year ago.
Known as Woodmont Forge at Hopewell, the complex at 100 Forge Circle is a collection of one- and two-bedroom homes just south of Interstate 295. That location helped lure renters to the property when it hit the market last spring, as did a series of amenities such as a game den, a multiuse theater room and fitness studios equipped with cardio and strength-training equipment, plus on-demand yoga and spin classes.
The community also has a mix of workspaces with complimentary high-speed WiFi, along with a resort-style pool terrace and sundeck, an outdoor fireplace and grilling stations, among other features. Residents, meantime, are minutes from the restaurant and retail offerings of downtown Princeton and a short drive from Route 206 and Route 1.
“At Woodmont, we’re proud to create exceptional communities that meet the needs of today’s renters while also enhancing the surrounding area for all residents,” said Stephen Santola, Woodmont’s executive vice president and general counsel. “Since its debut last spring, Woodmont Forge has garnered a tremendously positive response, serving as a testament to our team’s commitment to quality. We’re thrilled to celebrate today’s milestone and look forward to this community’s continued success and impact on Hopewell’s prosperity in the years ahead.”
