Woodmont Properties has unveiled a new luxury rental project in Hopewell Township, having already leased more than a third of the property’s 300 units.
Located just south of Interstate 295, the complex at 100 Forge Circle hit the market earlier this year with a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes and a series of upscale amenities. The developer noted that the property, known as Woodmont Forge at Hopewell, is also a short ride from Princeton and minutes from a host of cultural attractions, commercial hubs and scenic outdoor destinations, fueling its early leasing success.
“The surge in demand for premium rental accommodations in suburban New Jersey, particularly in Mercer County, highlights the evolving preferences of modern renters,” said Stephen Santola, Woodmont’s executive vice president and general counsel. “Meanwhile, the overwhelming response to Woodmont Forge further emphasizes this trend. In just a few short months since our leasing launch, achieving 35 percent leased speaks volumes. We extend our gratitude to Hopewell Township for their unwavering support and commend our dedicated Woodmont team for helping to bring the vision for this revolutionary community to life.”
Some apartments at Woodmont Forge have lofts or dens, while residents have the option to rent private garages, according to a news release. Amenities include a game den, a multiuse theater room and fitness studios with strength and cardio equipment and on-demand yoga and spin classes, along with spaces for hybrid and remote workers, a pool terrace and a sundeck.
The property is minutes from several other major highways including Route 206 and Route 1, while it provides access to both Philadelphia and New York City.
