Nessel Development has secured another tenant for a Burlington County office park, inking a new lease for nearly 15,000 square feet in a deal arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team said Ennoble Care, a regionally recognized senior care group, is the latest addition to Marlton Executive Park after taking space at One Executive Drive. The tenant will occupy 14,876 square feet at the 93,766-square-foot building, located in the Marlton section of Evesham, where it will have easy access to routes 70 and 73, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 as well as a strong mix of retail, dining and service amenities that appeal to both employers and employees.
WCRE’s Erin Warwick and Evan Zweben represented the landlord in the deal, having leased more than 20,000 square feet of office space at Marlton Executive Park within a single quarter, according to a news release. That reflects sustained tenant interest in Class A, professionally managed office environments that offer flexibility, strong amenities and convenient accessibility, the firm said, as it markets roughly 35,000 square feet of remaining available space at the property.
The complex, located directly west of Route 73, also includes the 27,782-square-foot Two Executive Drive.
