A private investor has purchased a fully leased medical office building in Cape May Court House, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the firm said the property at 1315 Route 9 South is home to Certified Dermatology and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. That created substantial interest among would-be investors, leading to a closing timeline that spanned just three months from listing to settlement.
Vantage Commercial Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson and Managing Director Emily Stein spearheaded the listing team. The firm did not disclose the size of the building.
“This transaction reflects the continued demand for well-located, fully leased medical office assets,” Richardson said. “Closing in just over three months demonstrates the value of strategic pricing, targeted marketing and disciplined execution.”
Stein added: “This was a transaction built on experience and trust. The buyer is a seasoned investor with a long-term outlook who understands the value of stabilized medical office assets. Longstanding relationships and clear execution on both sides allowed us to move efficiently from launch to closing.”
