The owner of a boutique medical office building in Livingston has leased up the property after securing a deal with a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility for teens.

According to CBRE, which represented the landlord, Evolve Treatment Center will occupy the entire 4,100-square-foot property at 623-625 West Mount Pleasant Ave. under the deal with Euro Associates. The provider now stands to benefit from the site’s highly visible and trafficked location at a signalized intersection, abundant parking and its proximity to dining and hospitality options, the brokers said, highlighting the appeal of the 16-year-old building.

CBRE’s Marta Person Villa and Sam Bernhaut negotiated the long-term lease in tandem with the tenant’s broker, Sean Pyle of Sabre Real Estate.

“Combining quality care with a nurturing environment, Evolve Treatment Centers provide a vital service to the community, and we were happy to work with Euro Associates to provide optimal space for this expanding mental health provider’s latest location,” said Villa. “Featuring large windows and a brick exterior that provide attractive curb appeal, the property features a highly adaptable floor plan to create a unique setting for both employees and patients.”
