NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. is recognizing seven standout brokers from 2025, a group that includes a mix of veteran producers and rising talent at the Woodbridge-based firm.
The company recently hosted its Annual Broker Celebration, where it announced the honorees while highlighting its transaction volume across its seven-county territory in the industrial, office, retail, multifamily and land development sectors. Its top producers in 2025 included:
- Chris Galiano, a managing director and perennial honoree with more than 30 years of experience, who facilitated several of the region’s most-prominent leasing, acquisition and disposition transactions;
- Kyle Gerace, a vice president and repeat honoree, who distinguished himself through high-velocity activity, especially within the small-bay industrial sector;
- Robert V. DiLeo, an associate vice president, who was involved in several off-market sales in the industrial sector.
“Our 2025 honorees represent the highest standard of professional excellence,” said David A. Simon, NAIDB’s chief operating officer. “Our annual award presentation not only celebrates the achievements of our top producers but also recognizes others whose accomplishments stood out over the past year and made a significant impact on our firm and the clients we serve.”
Firm leaders also presented a Special Recognition Award to the father-daughter duo of Vice President Richard Goski and Associate Vice President Catherine Goski-Vasquez, known as Team Goski. NAIDB said that, by integrating decades of brokerage history with modern business development strategies, the pair achieved a significant year-over-year increase in production, specifically within the industrial and flex-space sectors.
Another honoree, Associate Sweemit Goswami, received the Rising Star Award as a standout newcomer who demonstrated exceptional drive, curiosity and passion, the firm said. The company added that his performance in 2025 showed strong potential for future leadership within the industry.
NAIDB Vice President Jennifer Harrison, meantime, took home the final Spotlight Award for her commitment to collaborative culture and excellence. The firm said the award honors someone who embodies the legacy of the late Jeff Jones, an office and retail specialist who died in 2018 and is remembered for his ethics, drive, collaborative nature, sense of humor and dedication to his family, friends, clients and community.
