Accordia has promoted Alexa Gordon and Michael Huelbig, touting their contributions and evolving roles as the Fairfield-based firm expands its platform.

Gordon, who rises to the role of senior real estate manager, joined the team in 2018 as office administrator. She now serves as the primary operational point of contact for tenants and oversees day-to-day portfolio operations, with responsibilities including supporting portfolio strategy, coordinating internal teams and contributing to higher-level operational and financial decision-making across Accordia’s assets.

Huelbig, formerly a building engineer, is now a real estate manager who will now oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s Carolinas and Southeast portfolio, according to a news release. His responsibilities include property operations, vendor oversight, tenant coordination, budgeting support and the execution of capital and maintenance projects.

“Alexa Gordon and Michael Huelbig reflect our firm’s focus on internal growth and our commitment to consistent, accountable management across our real estate assets,” said Jason R. Bogart, founding principal of Accordia. “We wish them continued success in their roles.”
