Advocare leases 2,700 sq. ft. in Ocean County, WCRE says

A regional health care practice has taken more than 2,700 square feet of medical office space in Ocean County, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage team said it represented the tenant, Advocare Medical Associates, in the transaction at 1322 Route 72 in the Manahawkin section of Stafford Township. The site will provide the organization, which has nearly 750 providers and serves some 590,000 patients across 200 locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with quick access to the Garden State Parkway and Route 9, making it an ideal location for the surrounding Jersey Shore towns.

WCRE Senior Adviser Corey Hassman completed the 2,723-square-foot deal, noting that Advocare’s practice includes pediatricians, family doctors and specialists.
