Bennett Realty & Development has welcomed Shlomo Aron as an investment associate with its Holmdel-based brokerage team.
In his new role, Aron will focus on advising private investors, family offices and property owners on acquisitions, disposition and long-term investment strategies, according to a new release. He specializes in daycare properties, pet-related daycare facilities and net-leased retail assets, working closely with both independent owners and institutional investors to deliver what BR&D described as investment strategies and market insights throughout every stage of the transaction process.
The firm added that Aron has closed more than $60 million in transactions during his career.
