A medical device company has secured its new headquarters after leasing 54,000 square feet at a Burlington County office building, a broker with Avison Young announced Tuesday.
The user, Impulse Dynamics, is eyeing a May 2023 move-in date at 50 Lake Center Drive, in the Marlton section of Evesham. The building is the former headquarters of Virtua Health System, Avison Young said, noting that it will allow the new tenant to expand and grow its operations.
Avison Young’s Scott Martin, a principal based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, represented Impulse Dynamics. JLL represented the landlord, Crown Properties.
“Impulse Dynamics is a world-leading cardiac medical device company with plans to grow substantially in the near future,” Martin said. “Their move to 50 Lake Center will help foster that growth, support their operations, and meet their ambitious goals including becoming publicly traded in 2023.”
