A behavioral health organization has leased more than 4,800 square feet at a newly renovated office building in the Somerset section of Franklin, in a deal arranged by Sheldon Gross Realty.
According to a news release, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health will occupy part of the former Liberty Mutual property at 399 Campus Drive, benefiting from a location adjacent to Interstate 287 and Route 22 and minutes from other highways. Sheldon Gross Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky arranged the 4,816-square-foot lease, touting the four-story building’s new HVAC system and upgraded common areas.
The brokerage firm added that Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, which was founded in 1912, is among the largest nonprofit organizations in the behavioral health care field. It has more than 6,000 employees working in programs across the U.S.
“This building is so centrally located, it’s quickly accessible from anywhere in the region,” Glussky said. “That’s ideal for an organization like Devereux. And the natural light that floods into common spaces creates a tremendously welcoming environment.”
