Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Co. LLC has added to its Princeton-based team with the hiring of a new site selection and incentives consultant.

Haley Hop joins the firm with experience that includes positions with the University of Alabama and with Garver, a professional services firm, according to a news release. She also spent time with BIO Alabama, where she coordinated efforts to create the organization’s economic development strategic roadmap.
“We’re pleased that we continue to attract top talent and look forward to utilizing Haley’s engineering and economic development education, as well as her experience working with BIO Alabama, to serve our growing roster of clients,” said Jay Biggins, BLS & Co.’s executive managing director.
BLS & Co. provides site selection, incentives advisory, redevelopment, energy and economic development services to clients across the country. Hop comes to the firm with a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and holds a master’s in economic development.
Additionally, she is on track to secure her MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi this summer.
