A new liquor store has opened its doors at a 219,000-square-foot retail property in Bridgewater, according to a leasing team with Levin Management Corp.
In a news release, LMC said Liquor Cave occupies 7,400 square feet at Somerset Shopping Center at the junction of routes 202/206 and 28. The new store marks the brand’s sixth in New Jersey, housing a selection of fine wines, spirits and craft beers at a property whose tenants also include Barnes & Noble, Gap Factory and Fortunoff Backyard Store, among others.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Liquor Cave to Somerset Shopping Center,” said Vanessa Kelty, a senior leasing representative with LMC. “With its unique shopping experience and vast product selection, Liquor Cave will broaden the property’s appeal to area consumers. We are excited to be part of this brand’s growth throughout the Garden State.”
Bridgewater Mayor Matthew Moench and other local leaders joined representatives from Liquor Cave at the recent grand opening celebration.
“With the holiday season fast approaching there is no better time to visit Liquor Cave,” said Suri Reddy, Liquor Cave’s president. “Our store has a unique walk-in wine cooler, along with everything customers will need for their upcoming celebrations. Additionally, Liquor Cave ships throughout the United States and is a one-stop shop for seamless corporate gifting. We look forward to greeting new and existing customers and invite those interested in learning more about shipping and corporate gifting services to come into the store for more information.”
Other tenants at Somerset Shopping Center include TGI Fridays, Norman’s Hallmark, Men’s Wearhouse, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Pearl Vision, Pupcakes and Pawstries Barkery and Shoppe and Optimum. LMC said two other new businesses — beauty concept Strand Salon Studios and Fred Astaire Dance Studio — are opening soon at the property.
