The owner of a nearly 50,000-square-foot office and medical building in Monmouth County is seeking a buyer for the property.
According to Colliers, which is marketing the Jane H. Booker Family Health Center, the building at 1800-1836 West Lake Ave. in Neptune Township is 96 percent occupied. Tenants at the 12-year-old property include Hackensack Meridian Health, the State of New Jersey and West Lake Pharmacy, while the site has excess land for potential multifamily development.
“Medical office buildings remain a highly coveted asset type by investors and lenders,” said Colliers Vice Chair Jacklene Chesler, who is leading the assignment alongside Senior Managing Director David Csontos and directors Patrick Norris and Joe Lane.
The brokerage team noted that the building, which totals 49,050 square feet, sits at a busy intersection on Route 35 and is minutes from the Garden State Parkway. Tenants, meantime, have separate exterior entrances and easy access to mass transit and a host of dining, retail and entertainment options.
