CBRE and Gensler co-hosted a client event in early December, held at Gensler’s newly renovated office headquarters in Morristown and attended by more than 100 industry professionals.

At the event, Gensler Co-CEO Andy Cohen led a dynamic discussion on the game-changing impacts of driverless cars on commercial real estate, believing that driverless cars will be the biggest impact to real estate since the invention of the automobile.
