A concrete company has leased nearly 25,000 square feet at a Saddle Brook office complex, in the largest of four newly completed transactions by CBRE.
Representing the landlord, Lionstone Capital Management, CBRE announced Monday that Eastern Concrete Materials has signed a 24,742-square-foot expansion and extension at Park 80 West Plaza I. The company occupies the entire fifth floor the property, part of a two-building, 510,126-square-foot complex at the nexus of the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 80.
CBRE’s Donald Sperling and Robert Norton completed the assignment for ownership.
Van Houten Corporate Realty represented the tenant.
Sperling and Norton also represented Lionstone in a renewal with Symrise Inc., which occupies 21,062 square feet on the second floor of Plaza I. Meantime, Robert Half International renewed its 11,867-square-foot commitment on the fifth floor of Plaza II.
JLL represented both tenants.
In the fourth deal, Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage inked a new 6,823-square-foot lease for a portion of the third floor at Plaza I. CBRE’s Carl Eriksen represented the tenant.
“These four new commitments at Park 80 speak to the high-quality office space available at the complex,” said Sperling, a senior vice president with CBRE. “Park 80 continues to attract many of the region’s top corporate tenants, even during these unprecedented times in our industry.”
