CPN: Apple Montessori adds 7,200 sq. ft. building for new Princeton-area school

A division of Apple Montessori has acquired a 7,200-square-foot building outside Princeton, in a newly announced deal by Commercial Property Network Inc.

In a news release, the brokerage firm said Apple Montessori plans to upgrade and modernize the property at 48 Carter Road in Lawrence Township, expanding upon its more than 15 locations in the state. CPN’s Brett Keays represented the seller, while Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial represented the buyer in the trade of the 2.6-acre property.

Terms were not disclosed.

“This location provided Apple a great opportunity to enter into the greater Princeton market, offering a heavily wooded and secure site, just off Route 206 between Princeton and Lawrenceville,” Keays said.
