A developer focused on sustainability has leased more than 1,300 square feet of office space in Pennington, in one of two new deals in the borough by Commercial Property Network Inc.
According to the brokerage firm, One Earth Planning and Development has signed a three-year commitment at Howe Commons, at 65 Main St. The tenant, a sister company of OK Construction, focuses on sustainable urban infill development and custom design-build homes, while the latter is engaged in commercial framing and high-end facades, including specialized field fabrication of globally sourced materials.
CPN Senior Vice President Al Toto represented both parties in the 1,315-square-foot deal.
In a separate transaction, Lornan Litho Inc. took 1,000 square feet at 54 Route 31, also in Pennington. Toto represented the printing company and the landlord in the two-year commitment.
