A major oncology practice is expanding with a new 10,000-square-foot lease in Sparta, brokers with Cresa’s New Jersey team announced recently.
According to a news release, the deal at 210 Woodport Road will allow Regional Cancer Care Associates to more than double its space from its current location in the township, at 89 Sparta Ave. Cresa’s New Jersey-based medical practice group, led by managing principals Jonathan Marks and Dennis Gralla, secured the space on the provider’s behalf and noted that it allows for continuity of care for its patients.
NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented the landlord, Berardi Building Co.
“Our new location allows us to expand our oncology care for our patients and provide access to advanced treatment options in a new, modern environment,” said Terrill Jordan, CEO of Regional Cancer Care Associates. “Our commitment to supporting local communities with high-quality cancer care remains our driving force, and this new space in Sparta highlights that mission.”
Marks and Gralla, which have collaborated with Cresa’s New Jersey project management team led by Justin Eagle and Bill Kimmerle of Kimmerle Newman Architects, have arranged multiple leases for new or expanded locations for RCCA, including:
- 5,499 square feet for its corporate headquarters in Teaneck
- 12,587 square feet in North Bergen
- 7,800 square feet in Riverdale
- 6,000 square feet in Holmdel
- 11,023 square feet in Manchester, Connecticut
- 3,150 square feet in Olney, Maryland
“This is another exciting step in RCCA’s strategic expansion and demonstrates the group’s commitment to serving its patients with safe and accessible facilities,” Marks said. “We look forward to assisting RCCA meet the demand for advanced oncology services.”
