Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC has opened the doors to its new 120,000-square-foot headquarters in Roseland, marking a new chapter in its 50-year history.
The influential law firm, which has 171 attorneys and 304 staff overall in New Jersey, occupies the north building at 105 Eisenhower Pkwy. after moving from its longtime office in West Orange. Its new home is meant to serve as a modern workplace for its team and a welcoming setting for clients and visitors, the practice said, citing features such as a multipurpose suite with an expansive reception area, intimate board rooms and an exterior patio for hosting client meetings and events.
Additionally, the CSG Law logo appears prominently on the building’s newly renovated façade.
“Intrinsic in the design of the office are a host of efficiencies and a fully integrated technology experience that allow for increased productivity and collaboration,” said Francis J. Giantomasi, who chaired the firm’s lease committee and handled all areas of the process. That included choosing the location, negotiating the lease and working closely with designers to create a state-of-the-art office.

Designed by Gensler, CSG Law’s new space at the 220,000-square-foot complex is just off Interstate 280. Features include a dedicated conference center with 16 rooms named after historical county courthouses, celebrating the firm’s Garden State heritage, while practice area floors have amenities such as dedicated pantries, common areas and internal meeting spaces.
The firm added that all areas have been designed to maximize the wellness and productivity of the team by providing access to natural light, advanced HEPA air filtration systems and sound masking technology.
“Our new headquarters was designed to enable the firm to continue to deliver a full range of legal services to our valued clients, in an even more cost-effective manner,” said Jeffrey S. Chiesa, a member of CSG Law’s executive committee. “Over the life of the lease this office will provide significant savings and provides the foundation for the next generation of CSG Law leaders.”
The practice, which rebranded from Wolff & Samson PC in 2015, is the state’s third-largest law firm.
“In 2022 we celebrated the firm’s 50th anniversary, and now as we start 2023, we mark a new beginning for our firm,” said Patricia K. Costello, managing member of the firm. “We are looking forward to building upon our past growth and moving forward together during this exciting time.”
