Cushman & Wakefield has announced a flurry of new hires aimed at bringing young talent to its capital markets, leasing and operations teams in New Jersey.
The real estate services firm on Tuesday detailed 17 recent additions, including Samantha Miller, Morgan Brechman and Alex Morgan as associates focused on business development for its multifamily advisory group. Also joining the capital markets team are financial analysts Jean-Pierre Hohl, Maia Sirabian and Bill Baunach, who recently transitioned from Cushman’s valuation and advisory practice group, while Emily Doyle joins the team as a graphic designer.
“Cushman & Wakefield is heavily invested in the future generation of commercial real estate leaders,” said Michael Staskiewicz, senior managing director, leadership coach and business strategist, “and we are thrilled to welcome our new hires who will bolster our diverse and thriving workforce with new perspectives, creativity and problem-solving skills, empowering us to continue to best serve our clients.”
New additions to the leasing teams include Jeff Volpi as director, Morgan Nitti and Patrick Dean as associates focused on business development and Michelle Davies as graphic designer, according to a news release. Virginia Varela, AnaMaria Lewis, Jacqueline Corbo, Yulanda Matos and Staci Giammona all join C&W as brokerage specialists, a role that empowers the firm’s brokerage professionals to focus solely on their unique strengths.
Additionally, Ruddyna Roldan recently transitioned from the firm’s financial services and global occupier services team to the industrial team led by Stan Danzig and Jules Nissim, where she will serve as a director.
“We are dedicated to energizing around the notion of one collaborative team and our recruiting efforts have been very intentional, building upon the vision led by our Managing Principal Peter Bronsnick of an integrated platform with the ability to leverage service lines that include the best team of advisers in the industry,” Staskiewicz added. “Our new brokerage specialists, business development associates, analysts and designers are foundational to our winning culture and will serve as a catalyst for increased market share.”
Also joining C&W is Elisabete Correia, who will serve as manager for the operations team, focusing on overall operational excellence, process improvement and the development of the support team to continue to enhance the overall brokerage experience.
“Each new team member is vital to our success and we are looking forward to carrying our hiring momentum into the next year,” said Vicky Fajardo, director of operations in the firm’s East Rutherford office. “Our goal is to cultivate next generation talent within the commercial real estate industry and guarantee the highest quality of service for our clients in New Jersey.”
