A health care practice has sold a 2,500-square-foot medical office condominium in Hillsborough for $300,000, in a newly announced deal by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The brokerage team said the space, located at 712 Courtyard Drive, is part of a well-established professional complex along Route 206 and minutes from other major highways. That drove strong interest from would-be buyers, as did the robust market for medical office space and the ongoing need for outpatient and specialty medical services.
Tim Deluccia and Bob Axmann of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the seller, Allergy Asthma & Sinus Center of NJ LLC. Axmann also represented the buyer, Hillsborough Medical Realty Group LLC, as part of a deal that closed Jan. 28.
“This sale reflects continued investor and owner-user confidence in well-located medical office properties,” Deluccia said. “Hillsborough remains a desirable market for health care real estate due to its strong demographics and accessibility.”
