A modern Latin American restaurant has signed a 5,000-square-foot lease renewal in downtown Somerville, in one of several recent deals in the borough by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The eatery, Salted Lime Bar & Kitchen, occupies a street-level space with an outdoor patio at 46 East Main St., according to a news release. It’s set to remain there for at least five more years under the latest deal with Somerville Urban Renewal LLC, the owner of the mixed-use building at the corner of Warren Street.
Deluccia Commercial Group’s Tim Deluccia represented both parties in the deal. He did the same in a five-year renewal at 92 East Main St., where life sciences firm Asentech LLC occupies 2,500 square feet under a lease with DeSapio Properties #10 LLC.
Other renewals brokered by Deluccia, all in Somerville, include:
- Northeast Speech & Language Services LLC’s 1,100-square-foot lease at 60 East Main St. with DeSapio Properties #7 LLC
- Symbology Enterprises Inc.’s 800-square-foot office lease at 50 Division St. with PO Plaza Management LLC
- Bliss Coffee Lounge’s 1,750-square-foot lease at 14 East Main St. with Gateway 70 LLC
- IPT LLC’s 2,700-square-foot lease at 75-77 North Bridge St. with 75 North Bridge LLC
