A nonprofit has taken nearly 7,000 square feet at a Green Brook office building, according to a brokerage team with Deluccia Commercial Group.

The organization, Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of New Jersey, is leasing the space at 239 Route 22 under a seven-year commitment with Greenbrook Office Park Associates. That provides it with direct access to one of the area’s busiest highways, allowing for easy connections to other major corridors and abundant retail options.

Deluccia Group’s Tim Deluccia represented the tenant, which aims to support individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities, as well as those facing mental health challenges, with services such as life-planning consultation, care coordination, guardianship and trust administration. Doug Twyman and Chidi Egesionu of Colliers represented ownership in the 6,996-square-foot deal.
