The Somerset County Business Partnership has found a new home after leasing nearly 6,200 square feet in downtown Somerville, according to a team with Deluccia Commercial Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said SCBP has relocated to 50 Division St. under a deal with PO Plaza Management LLC. It’s leasing 6,152 square feet at what’s known as the Post Office Plaza Building, having outgrown its prior space on Grove Street in Bridgewater.
Tim Deluccia represented the landlord, noting that SCBP is Somerset County’s largest, most influential and active business organization with 840 members, 10 programs, five signature events and 100 events per year. Bree Manchanda of Commercial Real Estate Solutions LLC represented the tenant.
