A joint venture is offering a look inside its new 338-unit luxury apartment complex in Evesham Township, where it announced the launch of leasing earlier this year.

Located at 111 Route 70 East, the project by Canoe Brook Development and RD Management is part of a mixed-use destination known as Inwood at Renaissance Square. The developers recently began marketing the collection of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes in the town’s Marlton section, touting its location alongside a retail center and in one of the most sought-after parts of suburban Philadelphia.

“We’re already experiencing a high level of leasing velocity from the large number of individuals who joined our VIP waitlist for Inwood at Renaissance Square, which is ideally suited to meet the needs of the modern renter,” said Brenda Cioce, president of RHO Residential, which oversees property management for Inwood at Renaissance Square. “With graciously sized apartments and a collection of amenities that’s unparalleled in the South Jersey market, including an abundance of outdoor spaces and state-of-the-art facilities for working or studying remotely, it’s truly a one-of-a-kind community in the area.”

The property features apartments with high-end interior design, along with a resort-style pool and other outdoor spaces such as an on-site public park that will feature a children’s playground and dog run. Indoor amenities include a multipurpose party room, a conference room, breakout work and study rooms, along with a fitness center, a golf lounge and an indoor children’s play space.

The community also features a 24-hour package room, private garages and electric vehicle charging stations, plus immediate access to dining, shopping and health care services on the property’s ground floor, the joint venture said.

“As suburban housing continues to soar, we’re seeing incredible demand for a property of this caliber in South Jersey, which sets a new standard for luxury living in the region and is indicative of the maturation of the market,” said Jack Tycher, a partner at Canoe Brook.
