A joint venture has taken the wraps off a new 338-unit upscale apartment property in Evesham, the latest piece of a mixed-use redevelopment site along Route 70.
The team of RD Management and Canoe Brook Development on Tuesday announced the launch of leasing at Inwood at Renaissance Square. The collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments will also open next month, with a location just east of Route 73 in the town’s Marlton section, providing a new option for renters in and around Burlington County.
Also part of RD Management’s mixed-use community at the site is The Shoppes at Renaissance Square, a 127,926-square-foot commercial center that is undergoing redevelopment.
“By adding a multifamily component to our traditional retail shopping centers, we create a win-win for all parties involved and the development as a whole,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “With its central location, modern finishes, and state-of-the-art amenities, Inwood at Renaissance Square will bring an unmatched living experience to the center where renters can enjoy comfortability and convenience all in one place.”
RHO Residential will manage Inwood at Renaissance Square, which sits at the intersection of Route 70 and North Locust Avenue. Apartments will feature high-end interior design, finishes and appliances, with monthly rents starting at $1,575 for a one-bedroom unit and $2,050 for a two-bedroom unit.
The property also includes more than 10,000 square feet of indoor amenity space, including a club room, party room, private conference rooms and workspace, fitness center and golf simulator, among other features. Outdoors, residents will have access to deck with a pool, living and dining area with grills, televisions and a fireplace.
“We are thrilled to introduce the Inwood at Renaissance Square,” said Jack Tycher, partner at Canoe Brook Development, the platform launched by the founding partners of Roseland Property Co. “This luxury rental community will provide Evesham and its neighbors with the most sophisticated apartments and upscale lifestyle and amenities in the marketplace.”
Along with luxury apartments and retail, the overall site will include medical and office space, along with two restaurant pads and commercial space, RD Management said. The portion of the property that faces Route 70 will be converted into an open space and park with new jogging paths, walkways, dog run, children’s playground and a pond.
Existing tenants include Virtua Medical Group, TD Bank, Children of America, Evesham Mortgage, Pink Petal Mani Pedi, Dunkin’ Donuts and Keller Williams Real Estate.
