Doren Development has secured a new tenant at a Passaic office building after leasing 4,000 square feet to a plasma donation center.

According to the landlord, ThPlasma will occupy half of the property at 18 Howe Ave., allowing it to expand beyond locations in Elizabeth and Fair Lawn. Its new space is roughly a half-mile from Route 21.

Chris Conway of Atlantic Coastal Real Estate LLC represented the tenant.

“At Doren Development, we’re focused on identifying opportunities that create long-term value and serve evolving community needs,” said Rick Doren Jr., the firm’s managing partner and president of operations. “Repurposing this office space for ThPlasma allows us to bring innovative health care services into an underutilized asset, while supporting a mission-driven tenant. It’s a strategic win for the property, the tenant and the surrounding community.”
