A pediatric therapy practice has leased more than 4,000 square feet of medical office space in Monroe, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said The Speech Tree is relocating to 239 Prospect Plains Road from another location in the township. It’s set to occupy 4,037 square feet at the two-story, 15,176-square-foot property, which is a half-mile from the New Jersey Turnpike and has ample on-site parking.
Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and Corporate Real Estate Specialist Matthew Fennelly represented the landlord, Ramsena Holding LLC, in the transaction with The Speech Tree. Mark Fowler of Newmark represented the tenant, a multidisciplinary therapy center offering programming and services such as speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, applied behavioral analysis therapy and occupational and physical therapy.
“Today’s medical office tenants are seeking locations that offer their patients a convenient experience,” Jerry Fennelly said. “Properties that are nearby major roadways and are well maintained such as 239 Prospect Plains Road stand out in a crowded market. We’re proud to have provided the real estate services needed to help keep The Speech Tree in Monroe Township and wish them success in their new location.”
