    LEE & ASSOCIATES ADDS SEVEN-MEMBER TEAM IN NEW JERSEY
A seven-member team previously with Transwestern has joined Lee & Associates New Jersey, adding to the firm’s growing footprint in the Garden State.
According to the brokerage, the new additions include Alex Previdi, Jeffrey Furey and Lori Zuck as partners. Meantime, the team has welcomed Doug Rowe and Tim Patterson as senior vice president and assistant vice president, respectively, along with Ryan Price as associate and Erin Colquhoun as marketing director.

Transwestern closed its New Jersey office in early April after a decade
of operating in the state. With the new additions, the 12-year-old Lee
& Associates New Jersey team now has more than 60 agents, property managers and other personnel across three offices.

having spent his
career focused
on industrial
services and
representing
both individual
landlords and
tenants, according to a news release. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, he was a vice president with Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey office.

interconnected professionals,” Previdi said. “The team at Lee has always stood out as a forward-thinking group with a finger clearly on the pulse of this market, which made it the clear choice for my next move.”

She comes to Lee & Associates New Jersey with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and had been with Transwestern since 2012.
Prior to that, Zuck was a managing director with Colliers, the news release said. She has been a member of IOREBA, NAIOP and the Morris County Economic Development Corp.

Bridge Industrial has named David Aschenbrand as its new vice president of cold storage, as it looks to continue its growth in a booming segment of the warehouse and logistics market.

will now lead marketing initiatives for Lee & Associates New Jersey, helping develop and implement strategic marketing plans across
market leaders in the Northeast, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and London. The former Lineage Logistics director will be based in Bridge’s Parsippany office.
“Dave brings a unique skill set to Bridge, with years of experience with one of the country’s most active cold storage operators and developers,
as well as a sales background that provides insight into what occupiers require when selecting a modern facility,” said Tony Pricco, chief investment officer and partner at Bridge Industrial. “He will serve as a critical team member for Bridge as we continue to expand our portfolio in response to the surging demand for cold storage. We are extremely excited to have him on board, and look forward to him contributing to our continued success.”
Bridge Industrial, formerly Bridge Development Partners, said Aschenbrand was one of five
senior leaders of Lineage Logistics’ transportation and logistics division. In that capacity, he helped grow the firm’s overall revenue by more than 52 percent between 2016 and 2019.
