to a news release. He also served
as co-owner and vice president of operations for Diamond Rock Spring Water, a New Jersey-based water delivery service, from 1997 to 2004.

Aschenbrand holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Lock Haven University.
NAI HANSON ANNOUNCES BROKER PROMOTIONS
NAI James E. Hanson has promoted Patrick Lennon and Christopher Todd, both industrial brokers who joined the Teterboro-based firm in 2013, to the role of vice president.

Working on a team with Senior
Vice President Kenneth Lundberg and Associate Lorenzo Lambiase, Lennon has helped to negotiate 145 industrial sales and leases totaling 3.2 million square feet and valued at $236 million, according to a news release. In 2020 alone, he helped to close 30 sales and leases spanning 600,000 square feet and 95.45 acres, with a combined value of $73.5 million.

Lennon holds a bachelor’s in public relations from James Madison University and received a real estate certification from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. Todd earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Manhattan College.
SAXUM ADDS CAPITAL MARKETS DIRECTOR AMONG NEW HIRES
Saxum Real Estate has made three additional hires as it continues to scale its business, having doubled the size of its team since the start of the pandemic.
According to the Summit-based firm, the new hires include Sri Vankayala as director of capital markets. He joined the company in early 2021 after 12 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a managing director focused on raising debt and equity
on behalf of owners, operators and developers.
In his new role, Vankayala spearheads Saxum’s institutional capital markets
activities across its portfolio. The firm noted that he
