B6 Real Estate Advisors has bolstered its capital advisory team in New Jersey with the appointment of Nat Buono as a director.
Based in Manhattan, the company said Buono specializes in debt
and equity placement on behalf of commercial real estate owners. He focuses on the middle market space in northern New Jersey.
B6 announced the new hire while also touting the promotion of both Lynn Marcello and Nicole Schmidt to the director position.

WALSH CO. ADDS VETERAN PROJECT, CONSTRUCTION EXEC
The Walsh Co. has made another addition to its leadership and project management team, tapping Brian Tobiasz as a principal and executive vice president.
Tobiasz, an industry veteran, joins the Morristown-based firm with nearly 30 years of experience in construction, development
and project
management,
having worked
with both
owners and
tenants, the
company said. Additionally,

with leading professionals such as Tobiasz, a former Walsh colleague.

Duke Realty Corp. has hired Seth Hall as an assistant vice president of acquisitions in New Jersey, marking the latest addition to its team in the state.
Hall, who brings more than eight years of commercial real estate and finance experience, recently joined the company from LRC Properties. He will now look to help Duke Realty’s ongoing growth in New Jersey, which remains a key market for the real estate investment trust.

as vice president of acquisitions for various southeastern markets and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, evaluating and executing on strategic real estate investments, according to

Hall earned financial experience at Mesa West Capital, a Morgan Stanley subsidiary, and Wells Fargo Bank’s commercial real estate division, where he managed loan commitments in excess of $400 million, the news release said. He holds a degree in
