Newmark Associates has bolstered its team with the recent addition of four sales agents.
The new hires include Ebony Parham, who joined the firm earlier this year with real estate licensing credentials spanning 15 years in New Jersey, according to a news release. Previously, she worked for 26 years as an executive assistant at a major
pharmaceutical company.

He brings experience in hotel management and most recently was sales director for the New Jersey and Massachusetts region of a nutritional fitness company, as well as being assistant operations director at a nutritional supplements company.
Born in Clifton, Solanki was raised
in Pine Brook and will offer property sale, leasing and valuation services in Morris and Essex counties.

vice president of new business development and commercial lending for four banks for almost 30 years,
he serviced more than $218 million in commercial credit portfolios in addition to design, implementation and follow-up of marketing blitzes.
Greenman earned a bachelor’s in English from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA at Seton Hall University, having also completed post-graduate studies in calculus, economics and statistics, also from Penn State, the news release said. The longtime Hunterdon County resident is the finance committee chairman
for the Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity.
