Cushman & Wakefield has hired Michael Staskiewicz for a newly created role aimed at building its talent pipeline and business development in New Jersey.
The real estate services firm said Staskiewicz, a longtime broker and industry executive, joins its team as a senior managing director, leadership coach and business strategist. Based

TURSE, CADIGAN NAMED PRINCIPALS WITH AVISON YOUNG
Avison Young has promoted both Matthew Turse and Timothy Cadigan to principal, in the latest step up
for the heads of the firm’s industrial brokerage team in New Jersey.
Turse and Cadigan, who are based in Morristown, each join the ownership ranks after nearly a decade with the Toronto-based company. They are among more than 50 newly added principals in 2022 and among more than 650 globally, serving as key members of a local office that opened in 2012.

   Avison Young announced the promotions in mid-April as it bolstered its local industrial team with two veteran brokers, Judy Troiano and John Gianis, who both joined the
firm as vice presidents. Also based in Morristown, they will work directly with Cadigan and Turse to enhance the company’s platform in New Jersey.
