VIERHEILIG JOINS
STV AS LEADER OF
NAT’L DESIGN TEAM
Professional services firm STV has tapped Kim Vierheilig, a longtime
and well-known New Jersey design professional, as the head of its national buildings architecture and engineering team.
The company, which is based in Douglassville, Pennsylvania, said Vierheilig joins its ranks as president of buildings and facilities. She comes to the role with more than 20 years in
the design field and deep ties to the industry and business community, bringing a range of expertise spanning education, justice and other public- sector projects.
Vierheilig’s newest role also includes serving on the executive leadership team of the engineering, architectural, planning and program and construction management services firm.
“Kim brings an incredible energy
and depth of experience, and we are excited she is joining us as we continue to elevate the services we offer,” said Greg Kelly, STV’s CEO and president. “Her passion for using design as a tool to address inadequacies in mobility and housing and to develop community- centered equitable solutions will be

Vierheilig is a former managing principal with AECOM, the global infrastructure consulting firm, where she focused on strategy, growth and delivery in the transportation, social infrastructure, federal, corporate and commercial and technology
and logistics market sectors. In its announcement, STV said she has worked on high-profile projects across the tristate region including Kennedy International Airport Terminal 6, the
New York City borough-based jails program and assignments for the New York City Housing Authority and Rutgers University.

Boards, while
she is a board
member with
the Commerce
and Industry Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce, according to
a news release. She is also part of the Regional Plan Association’s New Jersey committee, the board of New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Hillier College of Architecture and Design and NJIT’s board of overseers.
Additionally, Vierheilig has served as
a regional associate director for New Jersey for the American Institute of Architects, a vice president of AIA-NJ and president of the Architects’ League of Northern New Jersey. She received her bachelor’s in architecture and master’s in management from NJIT.
