BOARD PRESIDENT
The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association has installed its new slate of board officers for the 2022-23 term, including Jeffrey Greif as its president.
Greif, an executive vice president with First American Title Insurance Co.,
treasurer.
Aside from golf and tennis, the
Aug. 8 event at the Morris County Country Club drew commercial real estate professionals for dining and networking followed by prizes, a 50/50 drawing and raffle giveaway. It was IOREBA’s 53rd such event.
“Our annual golf outing is an all-day event where our members meet to enjoy a relaxing day of golf, tennis and networking,” Greif said. “This year we were especially happy to get together.
“I am pleased to be able to serve
as president of one of the best commercial real estate organizations in the metropolitan area. We have many plans for the upcoming year including expanding our event offerings that provide networking opportunities and educational programs we offer membership. We have a great team of officers that are dedicated to creating opportunities for our members.”
With roots dating to 1927, IOREBA
is one of the nation’s largest regional commercial real estate organizations of its kind and the oldest industrial and office real estate brokers association in the U.S., according to a news release. Its membership of more than 225 professionals connects and conducts business in New Jersey, New
York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and has expanded its offerings, designing useful educational programs and opportunities.

RWJBarnabas Health has created a new position focused on its physical footprint and construction activities, tapping Stephen K. Barry to fill the role.
The health system said Barry, a veteran health care real estate executive, will serve as its executive vice president of facilities management and real estate development. In
the new role, he will lead day- to-day facility management, oversee all major construction projects at
the system’s
acute care and
ambulatory locations and manage a comprehensive plan to optimize and expand its ambulatory footprint.
He will report to John Doll, RWJBarnabas Health’s chief operating officer, while leading a
team dedicated to managing and maintaining facilities and real estate holdings across the system.
“As RWJBarnabas Health continues to grow and establish its ever-increasing role as an anchor institution in New Jersey, Steve is a seasoned leader who will help us optimize our physical space to support our dedicated staff in better serving the needs of our patients and community members,” Doll said. “His background and expertise are uniquely suited to fulfill the needs of this new position, which will evolve over time as our system continues to expand access to care.”
Barry joins RWJBarnabas Health following 18 years at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, where he served as president and formed and maintained close relationships with leading health systems and physician groups across the nation, according to a news release. During that time, he tailored solutions for clients that focus on ambulatory strategy and market share growth, while creating and executing the Jupiter, Florida- based firm’s growth strategy for expansion into new markets and forging partnerships with real estate services firms.
His experience during his tenure included development, leasing and
vice president, Kurt Kalafsky of the Aztec Corp. as secretary and Lorenzo Lambiase of NAI James E. Hanson as
assumed the post during the organization’s recent golf
and tennis outing. He also welcomed fellow board officers Ryan Tiger of Punia Co. as
