THREE PROMOTIONS
March Construction has promoted Thomas A. Cavallero to chief operating officer, while elevating Dawn St. Denis to assistant controller and Thomas Easse to senior project manager.
Cavallero, who joined the Wayne- based firm in 2012, assumes his new post after serving as vice president
public schools, health care, retail and historical renovations, with recent work including Hamilton Street in Bound Brook as well as 3 Westchester Park Drive and Carraway Luxury Apartments, both in Harrison, New York.

RECORD AS PARTNER
Noted community association attorney Caroline Record has joined Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP as a partner in its real estate department.
According to the firm, Record will serve alongside Steven G. Mlenak as co-chair of its community association practice group. She’s based in
legal concerns.
Record is a fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers, while she has long been active
and held leadership roles in the Community Associations Institute on both a national and New Jersey state level, the news release said. She is also a member of the New Jersey State and Morris County Bar Associations, having earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her bachelor’s from Rutgers University.
PACHECO JOINS
LEVIN MGMT. CORP.
AS CONTROLLER
Commercial real estate industry veteran Lilian Pacheco has joined Levin Management Corp. as a controller, the North Plainfield-based firm announced.
In a news release, the real estate services provider said Pacheco brings 20 years of experience that includes all aspects of financial management for commercial and residential properties and the construction industry. She’s now working alongside LMC’s Paul Tavaglione, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Rose Meno, controller, as part of a team that oversees the accounting and lease administration departments with a variety of responsibilities.

AS PARTNER
Genova Burns LLC has welcomed Thomas S. Dolan as a partner, touting his expertise in commercial litigation and property tax law.
The Newark-based firm said Dolan joins its team with more than 15 years of legal
experience and
a track record
of handling
complex legal
matters for
corporate
clients. He has
successfully
represented
clients in property tax appeals and high-stakes commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, while he holds published decisions in several high-profile cases.
“We are excited to welcome Tom Dolan to our team,” said Angelo J. Genova, chairman of Genova Burns. “His extensive experience and proven track record in commercial litigation and property tax matters will greatly enhance our capabilities and service offerings.”
In a news release, Genova cited Dolan’s proficiency in managing intricate cases involving complex commercial disputes, large-scale discovery, motions, depositions, trials and arbitration. His notable achievements include defending municipalities in arbitration
disputes with real estate developers, representing developers in significant prerogative writ actions, defending companies in breach of contract
and franchise litigation, securing tax exemptions for nonprofit organizations and obtaining long- term property tax exemptions and abatements for developers.
Genova Burns added that Dolan is
a respected speaker on tax appeal litigation and property tax exemptions, having presented at several conferences and seminars, including the Northeast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the New Jersey Association of County Tax Boards and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He holds a juris doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where he was an articles

firm and later working for a major carpentry contractor.
As COO, Cavallero oversees all preconstruction, estimating and purchasing activities, according
to a news release. His extensive background includes sales, marketing, bidding, contract negotiations and project management for commercial projects across the East Coast.
St. Denis, meantime, has 26 years of dedicated service and is responsible for project billing, accounts receivable
and payroll.

Additionally, she advises association board members on their fiduciary responsibilities and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
“At this stage of my career, I am fortunate to be able to join the team of attorneys who ‘wrote the book’ on community association law,” Record said. “I look forward to further enhancing the profile of this group with Steve Mlenak and the other talented Greenbaum attorneys who I’ve come to know over the years.”
