TCC TAPS FRASER
FOR N.Y. METRO
DEVELOPMENT POST
Trammell Crow Co. has hired Jessica Fraser as a senior vice president tasked with leading its industrial development throughout the New York City metro region.
The firm announced the new hire in late May, noting that Fraser joins its team after serving as a vice president and investment
officer with
Prologis Inc.
In that role,
which she held
since 2021, she
oversaw capital
deployment
activities
throughout
New Jersey, including building and land acquisitions, the redevelopment of existing assets and ground-up construction, with a heavy emphasis on infill markets.
Fraser closed nearly $215 million
of land and building acquisitions during her tenure with the real estate investment trust.
“Jessica is a uniquely talented developer with a wide range
of valuable experience and a
proven track record of successful development,” said Andrew Mele, market leader for TCC’s Northeast region. “Her elite skillset will deliver an immediate impact to projects already in our pipeline and will help drive future growth in the region.
“TCC has long been among the most active industrial developers in the Northeast, and we remain highly focused on growing our team and portfolio of projects across the region. We’re thrilled that Jessica will now lead this effort for TCC in the NYC metro industrial market.”
Fraser is also a former director of development for Macy’s, where she was part of a strategic team that managed the development and monetization of
a real estate portfolio that, at the time, included 650 locations, 130 million square feet and 6,000 acres nationwide, TCC said. She has also held positions at Simon Property Group and Triage Consulting Group.
The industry veteran holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Southern California and her MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan- Flagler Business School.
VETERAN ENGINEER PERRY JOINS VHB AS NEW JERSEY LEAD
Professional services firm VHB has hired Brian Perry as its managing director for New Jersey, touting his more than two decades of experience in engineering consulting and design.
In a news release, the firm said
Perry will spearhead operations and business development while leading the delivery of integrated engineering, transportation, planning and environmental solutions to public- and private-sector clients. He’ll do so while drawing on nearly 23 years of experience, having held leadership roles at professional services firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania while serving clients at both the local and national levels.
Perry will be based in VHB’s Manasquan office.
“Brian’s appointment is a significant milestone for VHB,” said Mike McArdle, the firm’s chief development
officer. “As we strive to extend our reach in New Jersey,
his reputation, seasoned skills and proven leadership make him an ideal
fit to lead our team. We are incredibly excited for
the fresh perspective and focus Brian is set to introduce as we strategically grow our integrated services and expand our markets across the state.”
According to VHB, Perry’s experience includes managing all aspects of project development from due diligence and conceptual design to project construction and closeout. Among his many assignments, he has spearheaded project management and engineering oversight for the largest residential project approved in New Jersey in 2021 and a new flagship cancer treatment manufacturing facility for a global pharmaceutical company.
His leadership role with VHS will also include fostering, managing and growing its team in New Jersey. The firm added that his familiarity with the central New Jersey area will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with clients, further solidifying VHB’s position in the marketplace.
Perry is a licensed professional engineer, a certified municipal
engineer and LEED-accredited professional in building design and construction, the news release said. He holds a bachelor’s in civil and environmental engineering and a master’s in water resources and environmental engineering from Villanova University.
LANGAN JOINS NIA
NATIONAL REALTY
NIA National Realty has tapped longtime industry executive Joseph Langan as a director with its Paramus-based team.
Langan, who will be involved
in all phases of the firm’s real
estate brokerage services,
comes to the role with more
than 30 years of engineering, construction management, real estate development, brokerage and asset and property management experience, according to a news release. NIA noted that, during his 30- year career, he has copromoted and codeveloped more than $75 million worth of commercial real estate projects.
His arrival comes as part of the firm’s continued expansion in retail and industrial brokerage.
“My first priority is to strengthen and grow the existing sales and investment team as NIA expands its footprint throughout New Jersey,” Langan said.
NIA noted that he is a former principal and
president of
River Drive
Construction
Co., where he
worked for
28 years. He
successfully
built and
managed
construction projects valued at more than $250 million across property types such as commercial office, health care, science and technology, multifamily and mixed-use.
Langan’s most notable career projects include River Drive Centers 1 and 3 and Riverfront Center and Riverwalk in Elmwood Park, a mixed-use office, retail and multifamily project valued at more than $100 million, according to a news release. He also managed renovations for Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, Yeshivat Noam in Paramus, Daiichi Sankyo, Celgene Corp., Verizon, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. and CBRE.

Langan holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Villanova University and a master’s in real estate development and investment from New York University. The Bergen County resident is also a board member of the Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce.

HIRES LANGE AS CFO
Professional services firm T&M Associates has welcomed Carolyn Lange, an accomplished finance and operations executive, as its new chief financial officer.

firm, which provides consulting, engineering, environmental and technical services nationally, noted that she brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, with a history of working with CEOs and board committees to develop and successfully execute strategies.
That includes leadership positions
in private equity firms, startups, Goldman Sachs and other public companies, according to a news release. Lange also has experience in strategic planning and operations leadership, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and investment management and human resources and cross-department leadership.
“We are thrilled to announce Carolyn as our new CFO,” said Gary Dahms, T&M’s CEO and president. “Her proven track record and visionary leadership will be invaluable as we navigate exciting opportunities ahead.”
