GARLICK, LYONS JOIN
MSW TEAM
Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP has further bolstered its team of real estate attorneys with the addition of Thomas S. Garlick as counsel and Robert M. Lyons as an associate.
Based in Newark, the firm said Garlick will focus his practice in the area of real estate development and will represent clients throughout New Jersey with land use, zoning and redevelopment projects. He’ll
also advise
clients in
connection
with obtaining
property tax
exemptions,
including
payment in
lieu of taxes
agreements, and tax credits under the state Economic Development Authority’s Aspire program.
Garlick previously worked at one of New Jersey’s top full-service law
firms, MSW said. He received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College.

PICO MOVES TO
BERGMAN AS SENIOR
PROPERTY MANAGER
Bergman Real Estate Group has bolstered its team with the addition of Dominick Pico as a senior property manager.
In his new role, Pico will be responsible

“Dominick is a well-respected industry professional with a track record of success in managing properties throughout New Jersey,” said Jeffrey Buchman, Bergman’s chief operating officer. “He will be a significant addition to the Bergman team as we continue to expand our portfolio of assets, and I have no doubt that his industry knowledge will be invaluable.”
Pico is also a former property manager for Mack-Cali Realty Corp., where he managed a portfolio of
15 office and industrial buildings in New Jersey totaling more than 1.2 million square feet. He is currently vice president of Building Owners
& Managers Association of New Jersey and holds other real estate and property management certifications.
“Bergman Real Estate is well- positioned for continued growth and development, and I look forward to working on many exciting new tenant buildouts and capital improvement projects that are already underway,” Pico said.

architects, engineers and surveyors across a range of matters in
the commercial real estate and construction industries. Those areas include contract disputes, delay claims, defective construction claims, design negligence and shareholder disputes in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining MSW, Lyons worked at a national litigation firm in New York City, according to a news release. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Providence College.
