YUROWITZ JOINS
LMC AS MARKETING
SPECIALIST
Levin Management Corp. has hired
Hayley Yurowitz as a marketing
specialist, bolstering the team
supporting its strong growth and
transaction volume.
According to a news release, Yurowitz
comes to the role with expertise in all
facets of brand
development,
visual
storytelling and
strategic content
creation. At
North Plainfi eld-
based LMC,
she is working

Sievwright with responsibilities
including supporting corporate and
property-level marketing initiatives,
event coordination, social media
and content management, email
marketing, graphic design and digital
advertising.
“Levin is a well-respected
organization with a strong foothold in
the commercial real estate industry,”
Yurowitz said. “I look forward to
helping build on that foundation by
applying my experience in brand
storytelling and strategic marketing
to support the fi rm’s properties,
tenants and clients. I’m excited to
come on board with this dynamic
organization and contribute to its
ongoing success.”
Prior to joining LMC, Yurowitz was
a marketing assistant at Urban Edge
Properties, where she contributed
to upholding and enhancing the
company’s brand identity and helped
to ensure consistency across all
communication channels, the news
release said. The Little Falls resident
holds a bachelor’s in communication
from University at Albany, SUNY,
and a master’s in communication
and media studies from Rutgers
University.
“Along with direct and proven
commercial real estate experience,
Hayley brings great enthusiasm,
creativity and a strong work ethic
to our team,” Sievwright said. “Her
fresh perspective and collaborative
mindset have already brought a
new level of momentum to the
department, and we are confi dent her
contributions will continue to support
our marketing strategies in new and
exciting ways.”
LMC’s marketing department plays
a critical role in positioning the fi rm
and its leadership as authorities in
the commercial real estate industry
and supporting the company’s leasing
and property management efforts,
the news release said. The team’s
collaborative process is tailored to
specifi c property and client needs,
incorporating the production of print
and digital materials, social media
campaigns and public relations
initiatives to help raise brand
awareness and get leasing deals done.
The addition comes at a time of
continued growth for LMC, which
supports a diversifi ed, retail-focused
portfolio of 125 properties totaling
more than 16 million square feet in
the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The
fi rm achieved near-record leasing
activity in 2024, completing more than
1 million square feet in transactions.
DENHOLTZ ADDS
CALLAHAN, DOYLE IN
KEY ROLES
Denholtz has added to its leadership
team with the hiring of Jonathan
Callahan, tapping the former Related
Management Co. executive as its
general counsel.
In a news release, the Red Bank-
based fi rm said Callahan brings more
than 15 years of experience and will
oversee all legal matters. He’ll also
serve as a key member of Denholtz’s
executive leadership team, supporting
its capital markets, property
management and asset management
operations, among other areas.
“Throughout his career, Jonathan
has demonstrated a proven ability
to enhance and transform the
organizations that he’s been part of,”
Denholtz CEO Katie Kurtz said. “We
are confi dent that his deep expertise
and diverse skillset will help us
achieve our strategic growth goals.”
Callahan is a former senior vice
president and general counsel with
Related Management, the captive
management subsidiary of The
Related Cos. In that role, he oversaw
all legal and
affordable
housing
compliance
functions for
the company’s
expansive
corporate
platform, as

well as 450
multifamily properties across 23
states and the District of Columbia.
Prior to his time at Related, Callahan
served as managing counsel at
Reliant Realty Services LLC, a
New York City-based full-service
property management fi rm that has
since been acquired by Nuveen,
the news release said. During this
time, Callahan redesigned and
operationalized the company’s
in-house legal department, which
resulted in a signifi cant reduction of
rent arrears and an infl ux of monthly
cash collections.
“Denholtz has built a strong
reputation and garnered industry-
wide respect over the past several
decades,”
Callahan said.

Earlier in his career, Callahan
held roles as litigation counsel at
StuyTown Property Services and
CompassRock Real Estate LLC,
where he most notably oversaw the
creation of an in-house litigation
team for the largest rental multifamily
project in the United States, the news
release said. He is also a former
associate attorney at Rose & Rose,
a boutique real estate litigation and
regulatory fi rm, while he holds a juris
doctor from Yeshiva University and a
bachelor’s from Syracuse University.
Denholtz also recently announced
the addition of Kira Doyle as director
of human resources, noting that
she’ll lead talent acquisition, payroll,
benefi ts administration and employee
relations for the Red Bank-based
fi rm. She’ll also work with senior
leadership to identify opportunities
to enhance internal HR operations
to support the company’s long-term
expansion plans.
