MATTSON JOINS
COMMUNITY
BUILDERS
Construction fi rm Community
Builders has bolstered its team with
the addition of Rhett Mattson, a
Morris County native and active U.S.
Army reservist.
The Morristown-based business
said Rhett, who joins as an assistant
construction manager, will support
fi eld operations as it continues
to grow its client portfolio across
northern and central New Jersey. That
includes a focus on what Community
Builders describes as mission-driven
projects such as multifamily, cultural,
sports and recreation, education,
wellness, spiritual and nonprofi t
facilities, among others.
“Serving in the Army Reserve
instills the importance of discipline,
teamwork and mission focus,”
Mattson said. “What drew me to
Community
Builders was
how those
same values are
embedded in
the company’s
culture.
This team
is genuinely
Rhett Mattson
committed to
building things that matter — to the
clients, the community and each
other. Their disciplined approach is
second to none.”
He is the latest hire for Community
Builders after its launch last year by
Conor Evans, a construction industry
veteran, who touted its structure as
an employee-owned organization and
its focus on creating more cohesive
communities through its projects.
“Rhett brings a quiet professionalism
and integrity to everything he
does,” said Evans, managing
partner of Community Builders.
“His commitment to service, both
in uniform and now on job sites,
strengthens our ability to deliver
meaningful projects while grounded
in our core values. As we grow our
footprint, he’s exactly the kind of
teammate we want building alongside
us.”
