PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Americon HITT’s team recently completed the MD2 medical concierge offices in Morristown, New Jersey in March 2021. The project included high-end finishes, tile floors, glass and wood doors, as well as a cardio room, medical imaging center, restrooms with showers and typical doctors’ office spaces. With a tight eight-week schedule to complete the 3,200 sf offices in partnership with Chin-Ley Reche Associates, the team had to coordinate quickly with multiple owner vendors for medical imaging, furniture, signage and artwork. They performed extensive overtime and expedited services to complete the project deadline on schedule and on budget.
